Four Jeff's English Toffee Bars

This indulgent candy bar was developed to spread the joy I felt every holiday season when my mom would make her famous English Toffee. I can still remember the sweet and savory smells sugar caramelizing, and butter browning, swirling through our home. Unfortunately, due to the large amount of labor, time, and love that goes into producing a single batch of toffee, only a few individuals would get to experience this each year. This is how the Jeff bar was born. The Jeff bar is my take on the masterpiece my mom has created. I have worked to capture both the bold flavors and delicate nuances in my mom's toffee, while also transforming it into a uniform shape to bring joy to all far and wide.
