Mom's Toffee

This is my mom's famous English Toffee. She would make this every year around the holiday season and give it away to our closest friends and family. Fortunately, she has entrusted me with her recipe so we may share it with the world. Enjoy:)

Classic English Toffee, Topped in Semi-sweet Chocolate, and Sea Salt Roasted Pecans

Ingredients: Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract.), Salted Butter (sweet cream, salt), Granulated Sugar, Roasted Pecans (Pecans, Vegetable oil (Peanut, Cottonseed, Soybean and/or Sunflower seed), Sea salt (Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate)), light corn syrup, Vanilla extract
